Niamh McCabe Joins BNRG as Head of People

BNRG is delighted to announce that Niamh McCabe has joined the team as Head of People.

Niamh is a highly experienced senior human resources (HR) leader with 20+ years of experience working across a range of sectors. In her most recent previous roles, Niamh led the global people and culture agenda for aircraft leasing and technology companies with a strong international focus.

She has a strong track record in supporting strategic people ambitions encompassing core aspects of human resource planning and operations covering business partnership, leadership development, talent acquisition, employee engagement strategies, change programmes and business reorganisation.

Speaking about the appointment David Maguire, CEO and Founder, BNRG said:

Niamh holds a Bachelor of Arts (Hons) in Human Resource Management (HRM) from Kemmy Business School at University of Limerick and is currently in her final year of a two-year part-time M.Sc. in Organisational Psychology and Behaviour at Dublin City University.
