BNRG is delighted to announce the appointment of Emma Burrows as our new Head of Legal. Emma brings over 20 years of experience in commercial law, having held prominent positions in both in-house legal departments and leading commercial law firms. Emma joins us from Bord Gáis Energy (BGE) after 11 years, where she mostly recently served as Director of Legal, Regulatory, Compliance, and Corporate Affairs, and was a key member of the Executive Management Team. Emma also has considerable experience in practice and spent a number of years in both Lavelle Coleman Solicitors and A&L Goodbody specialising in corporate and commercial law. Her extensive experience includes strategic business thinking and managing complex legal and regulatory matters. Emma brings with her strong leadership, negotiation, and advisory skills, as well as an ability to align legal strategies with business objectives.
